Fleur de Sel is French seal salt. You can use regular sea salt that you find in the grocery store, but I have a specialty spice shop in my area and prefer to use Fleur de Sel instead. You might want to try Williams Sonoma or check out to see if you have a Savory Spice Shop in your area.
